Roles and Responsibilities and Skills required for the profile:
- Full Stack Developer with Dot Net, Java, JSP, SQL and C# with ASP, HTML and JavaScript language
- Avaya Experience Portal configurations
- Expert knowledge in IVR development and configurations using Orchestration Designer
- Ability to design call-flows from requirement documentation and workshops
- Experience in VXML, CXML, SSML, XML, JAVA, JSON and SVN repositories.
- Integration with the various back-end data systems, servers and adjuncts such as Web technology and application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, IIS, Apache, WebLogic, etc.)
- Database via SQL, JDBC/ADO.NET (MS SQL Server/ Oracle / Postgres)
- Strong understanding of Natural Language design and Directed Dialogue design techniques for speech applications
- Good Knowledge with Avaya Contact Center CTI application and 3rd Party CRM integration such as Salesforce, Pega etc.

- Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing, Networking, Firewall and VPN Technologies.
- Practical Experience within Linux/ Windows based Information Security Practices, Infrastructure and tools.
- Practical Knowledge of OWASP Top 10
- Hands on Experience on Tools: Nmap, Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burpsuite, Nessus, Wireshark, Qualys,etc.
- In-depth understanding on Common Vulnerability Exposure (CVE)/ Cert advisory database
- Knowledge on cyber risks and security issues in cloud-based and on-premises environments.
- Knowledge on SIEM technologies (e.g., ArcSight, QRadar, Splunk, Azure Sentinel, etc.)
- Certification: OSCP, CEH, ECSA, CCNA, RHCE, MCSE / Equivalent EH Certification/
- Proficient in Python Socket level programming, and Bash Shell Scripting.
- Good to have AWS Security Knowledge.<br>

Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities and Skills required for the profile:
- Architect, build, deploy and configure WFO Avaya/Verint platforms
- Be the primary POC for troubleshooting complex Avaya/Verint WFO-related issues during the implementation
- Proactive performance management and capacity planning
- Manage technical projects (build, plan, document, train) pertaining to WFO systems
- Follow the change management process and participate in off-hours maintenance windows
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Avaya/Verint software architecture, installation, configuration, and administration
- Technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administratio
- Solid experience with Avaya/Verint QM/WFM/Customer Feedback is a must
- Knowledge of Avaya/Verint Analytics. DPA and Speech Analytics is highly desired
- Strong experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU and Call Center practices
- Experience in JAVA Enterprise and frameworks in addition to app servers like Tomcat, JBoss etc.
- Good experience with MS SQL (2012/2017): database structure, administration, performance tuning and scripting
- AWS, GCP and VMware experience
- Excellent verbal and written skill
